Westwood has been a family run business since 1982 and is under the personal supervision of the director who is very much involved with the day to day running of the home.

The staff team is headed by the manager Wendy Calvert. Our team of senior carers, carers, cooks, activities co-ordinators, cleaners, and a handyman/driver deliver a quality care service in a friendly, homely environment.

Our well trained work force has many years of experience and the majority have been employed here for 5 years or more. We support all our staff with on going training to maintain our high standard of care, almost all the carers have gained their NVQ Level 2 or above in Care or Health and Social Care.
